The overall frame seems sturdy and fairly well thought out. I chose this frame because the main rails sit on top of the legs (at foot) instead of attaching to the side. Where they meet the headboard, this is not the case but still seems sturdy. It is a simple design which went together quite easily once I stopped looking for the letters. The parts have letters associated with them in the instructions but they are not on the parts. The parts do have numbers which correlate with each step, worked out just fine. Also, note the tucked in sheets will hang down through the spaces between the rails, especially at the foot of the bed. I installed a board that covers three rails at the foot of the bed which cleans up the sheet mess.
